Versity Degree Program Refunds:
After admission, the entire amount paid by the student shall stand forfeited except the refundable deposit if any. This applies to dismissals as well as withdrawals, voluntary or otherwise, from the institute's rolls or as per table below.
If a student chooses to withdraw from the program of study in which he/she is enrolled, the institution concerned shall follow the following four-tier system for the refund of fees remitted by the student.

*(Inclusive of course fees and non-tuition fees but exclusive of caution money and security deposit).
In case of (1) in the table below, the HEI concerned shall deduct an amount not more than 10% of the aggregate fees as processing charges from the refundable amount.
Fees shall be refunded by all HEIs to an eligible student till 2nd week of October from the date of receiving a written application form his/her in this regard.
Mid Course Withdrawals
In the event of a Mid –course withdrawal i.e. withdrawal after the last of admission for vacant and drop out seats 31.07.2020, no refund of fees shall be admissible, as the seat so vacated can not be filled by the institution and shall continue to remain vacant for the entire duration of the programme. Being an unaided, self financed Institute, in addition to the first semester tuition fees, the institution is entitled to claim the balance year's fees, in view of the Constitution Bench Judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case titled, " Islamic Academy of Education V/s State of Karnataka bearing CWP no. 350 of 1993 and related subsequent judgments.
